Down Here on the Farm Farmer's Blog now available here   The Taste Tradition Farms are well stocked with a variety of animals; Longhorn, Shorthorn, Aberdeen Angus, Red Poll, Dexter, Hereford, Galloway, Belted Galloway, Welsh, Irish Moiled cattle. Saddleback, Gloucester Old Spot and Welsh pigs and Texel and Suffolk sheep round out the occupants   The Longhorn herd in the pasture - making the most of milder weather   The winter accommodations will be getting used far less as the sun comes higher in the sky and the cattle can enjoy the fresh grass and clear air in the heart of Yorkshire   One of our Longhorn bull calves - we reckon he'll be mighty impressive as he matures!
