Porchetta consists of a whole suckling pig which is boned and stuffed. Our Porchetta can then be sent to you either unstuffed or stuffed with rosemary, parsley and garlic; rosemary, sage and garlic; or sage, onion and apricot.

This is a traditional Italian dish that originates from the Umbrian region of Italy.

This is pork at its most divine; best suited to slow roasting allowing the flavours and juices of the fat to infuse the meat keeping it moist and wonderfully tasty.
