Taste Tradition is a farming family company run by mother and son, Joyce and Charles Ashbridge based near Thirsk in the heart of North Yorkshire. We specialise in the production of Rare Breed Pigs and Rare/Native Breed Cattle and Sheep. Our farming methods are reminiscent of our Grandfather's era, bringing out the very best in the breeds that we rear and in turn producing extremely high quality, brilliant tasting Pork, Beef and Lamb.
