Our Rare Breed Porchetta combines the best of British with its continental inspiration. Porchetta is a specialty from the Umbrian region of Italy. It is whole suckling pig, boned, stuffed with herbs and traditionally roasted over an open fire or in a wood-burning oven.

Porchetta lets us enjoy pork at its most divine. It's best suited to a slower roast so that the flavours and juices of the fat can infuse and moisten the meat as it cooks.

The cooler months of Autumn & Winter let us embrace the concept of comfort food and warm hearty meals. Such a unique option for a dinner party, special occasion or for the family - a taste explosion that's both easy to prepare and cook.

We prepare Porchetta with a side of rare breed Suckling Pig, add a traditional British herb, onion and dried fruit stuffing and roll & tie it ready for cooking. Alternatively, you can order your Porchetta unstuffed for your own creative inspiration. It is delivered fresh, so you can portion it yourself and freeze.
